Mitch McConnell: Powerful Senate "Mother"
Mitch McConnell has made his reputation from killing legislative initiatives, not even letting them come for a vote. During the Obama administrations he led the party of "no". He has done his utmost to obstruct.
It is not surprising then to see the dominance of Fixed signs in his chart, shown below. It is a noon chart because his exact birth time is unknown. The Ascendant is not known, but the Moon is approximately right.
For a leader it is a bit strange to have only one planet in a Cardinal sign. Cardinal signs show initiative.
